We had a total blast at the Sand Dunes on Valentines Weekend. It was so nice just to get away, lately between work and Brandons school we have been feeling like we have very little free time. So it was a much needed mini vacation. Josie had the best time. She is usually such a little scaredy cat. But after she saw little Evan riding his quad she wanted to too, she got right on it and said "I'm ready to roll!". She did such a good job and wasnt scared at all. Now Brandon cant wait to get her one of her own.
She loves playing with her Uncles Evan, Brett and Dane they stayed so entertained just playing in the sand with their buckets. Josies favorite part by far was riding in the Sand Rail with Grandpa. I (the biggest chicken) was about to pee my pants but Josie just laughed and laughed and then cried (a lot) when it was time to get out. We are so lucky to have such an awesome family thats takes us to do so many fun things!
She has been loving her paints lately, Grandma Kim got them for her for Christmas. She definately favors the color green. She makes a mess but it keeps her entertained for awhile and her paintings are priceless.
We have been enjoying the park in our neighborhood. Its soo fun to watch her play. She loves the slide especially, but she wont go on the slide with the turns without her daddy she says its "too scary".
Last, but definately not least, coloring on the walls in her playroom when mommy isnt looking.
