Summer is here!

I can't even begin to tell you how excited we are for summer to be here! We had such a great weekend doing some of our favorite summer stuff. First of all, is there anything cuter than a new puppy?!? My mom just got an adorable yorkie pup named Zoey.. and these pictures melt me. The cutest little girl and the cutest puppy..

I may explode from cuteness, its too much to handle.

Zoey is soo tiny.. Josie was scared of her at first, but now wont stop asking for a puppy (or a baby). Unfortunately, I dont think we are ready for either one. But maybe if we did get a dog of our own she would stop being such a chicken when it comes to animals.

YAY for swimming weather! The water was a little chilly, but it was so hot outside that it felt good to get in. Josie mastered swimming with her floaties last summer but I thought she would have probably forgotten by the time summer was here again. But she remembered and didn't hesitate to jump in.. She is quite the little fish, but a little over confident so we will be starting swim lessons in a couple weeks.

We also took a trip to the movies on Saturday to go see Shrek: The final Chapter, this was her 2nd trip to the theater. She did great but I think Brandon and I enjoyed the movie more than she did. It was such a cute movie! At one point during the movie Puss in boots hisses at donkey and Josie couldnt resist she had to get down on all fours in the theater and start hissing. It was halarious.
